The Basics

All you need is Internet access, your prescription information if applicable, and a form of electronic payment, including FSA/HSA cards. If you have trouble placing an order you can also contact Customer Service and someone will be more than happy to assist with your order over the phone.
Non-Prescription orders are 2-5 business days / Prescription Orders are 10-14 business days. Typically, this will include the time that it takes to fill the prescription order, barring there being no delays with the vendor.
That's ok, we can fix it! Just contact us at orders@glamour4eyes.com and we will assist immediately.
We understand that how we may imagine an item, may not match our reality. So for non-prescription frames, we offer free returns with a full refund within 15 days of your original purchase. For prescription frames, we allow for returns within 15 days of your original purchase but there will be a $25 processing fee taken from the refund amount due to the complications of replacing the prescription.
Yes, just choose that option at checkout.
Yes, if you create an account you can see your order history and shipping info.
Yes, but we only currently ship to the following countries outside the US; Canada and Mexico.

Prescriptions

No, you can choose to purchase the frames only and take your new glamorous frames to your Optometrist or Optical store to get your prescription filled for your frames.

No, you will need a separate glasses prescription obtained from your Optometrist.
Yes, you have the option to save your prescription when entering your prescription information when placing your order. Also, if you create an account, it will allow you to remove and edit your prescription.
We offer Single Vision, Progressive, Reading, and Bifocals. We also offer customized options, such as Blue Light Blocking, Photochromic, Polarized, and Driving lenses. Of course, when choosing these options you will need to make sure the frames you choose are compatible if you need thicker lenses. The frames will list the type of prescription lenses they can hold in the description.
